In this experiment, we combine both these phenomena. A conductor carrying Ac will have a continuously changing magnetic field around it. This field should induce a voltage across another conductor placed there.
The experiment setup and the results are shown below. This experiment demonstrates the working of an AC transformer. The efficiency is very poor because the coupling between the coils is very weak. It requires proper geometry and high permeability material like iron or ferrite core.
